Useful Class Info
Terms and Conditions
Before you enrol in our classes please read and make sure you understand the following Terms and Conditions:
General Useful Info:
Please arrive on time, or a few minutes early to class. Classes include a warm up at the beginning and cool down at the end. It is very important that you participate in these sections for injury prevention. If you miss these sections you do so at your own risk.
Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing, such as gym or yoga wear.
No street shoes are to be worn in the studio. Please dance in bare feet, socks, or dance specific flat shoes/footlets. No heels on the studio floor please.
No non-paying spectators allowed. Exceptions are accompanying children who can be kept quietly amused in the seating section of the studio for the duration of an adult class.
As with most forms of physical exercise, you exercise at your own risk. If you have a pre-existing injury or medical condition, have not exercised for some time, are pregnant, or planning on being pregnant please consult a qualified health practitioner prior to commencing a class with us. While none of the above may prevent you from starting a class, please also notify your teacher as soon as possible.
Classes do not run on Public Holidays.
Our classes require a minimum of 6 paid participants to run, and may be cancelled if we do not get enough enrolments – if that is the case, we will refund in full your class fee.
You are required to pay in full prior to the class starting, if you are unclear on how to pay, please contact Myf on 0418850441 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
There are no casual class payment options – we tried this for a few years and it is simply not viable.
To be eligible for concession rates you must provide a copy (a photograph will do) of your Full-time Student card or Seniors card on enrolment – please email or text a photo to 0418850441 or email@example.com
If you find you are unable to participate in the course you have paid for we will refund you the full amount, less payment processing fees (credit/debit) if you notify us in writing (an email) at least 10 or more days prior to the first day of course commencement.
If you notify us within 10-7 days of the course commencing we will offer you a 50% refund of the course fee.
There are no refunds for notifying us of your non-attendance, or by simply not telling us, within 7 days prior of the commencement of the course.
You may transfer your course fee to another person (‘gift it’) provided the course has not yet started. Please notify us in writing of this.
There are no refunds or credits given for ‘unused’ portions of the class fee.
If you miss a class:
Your payment secures your place in the class and ensures we can cover our expenses, therefore we do not offer credits for missed classes. Depending on our term timetable you may have the option to attend another class of similar level at another time and location to make up your missed class. Please discuss with your teacher.
If we cancel and/or change your class:
In the rare event we cancel or change your class you will be offered a make up class at another time, a refund or a credit for future classes.
